Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are provided by Hussmir for playandbuy.co.uk / buyandplay.co.uk and it's subsidiaries (referred to as 'us', 'our' or 'we' in these terms) and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website and the purchases you make off it constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website. All orders are only accepted on the condition customers have read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
1. BB Guns
Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 18 years. An adult must supervise persons under the age of 18 years. When purchasing a BB gun from us you agree that you are at least 18 years old, proof or checks can be made by us at any time to confirm your age. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a bag. Guns must NOT be concealed on one’s person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. Safety glasses and other protective clothing should always be worn when operating or viewing the firing of an Airsoft BB gun.
From 01/10/2007 the laws regarding Airsoft guns have changed for the UK. Under the VCRA Bill 2006 it is illegal to buy or sell an Airsoft gun to anyone under the age of 18 years. Under Section 36 of the V.C.R Act it is a criminal offence to alter the appearance or paint in a colour of an imitation firearm to make it into a realistic firearm. 1a. Black RIF BB Guns
We are only allowed to retail black Replica Imitation Firearms (Rif's) to those who are over the age of 18 and have a valid Skirmisher or re-enactment license. We provide a wide range of two-tone products to cater for those who don't possess such licenses but are over the age of 18. Almost all of our RIF guns can be painted to make them two tone for an extra fee, if this is the case the box will need to be opened and the gun painted by our team, the item will therefore take 2-3 days extra to dispatch. The gun may then have wear/flaking paint.
To buy the Black/Realistic version of a gun you must have one of the following:
- Current UKARA membership
- Membership to a skirmish site
- Member of a shooting club
- Member of a re-enactment group or society
- A film, television or theatre production company
- Acting on behalf of a museum
- Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties
Proof will be required before the item can be sent to you. Please email it or add it to the 'comments box' when you checkout. Order will only be processed once the information has been verified, items are not reserved.
2. Motorbikes and Quad Bikes
All motorbike's and quad-bikes, are dangerous. Please wear safety equipment at all times when using bikes or similar machines. The use of any powered vehicle could involve the risk of injury or death. Please use these products in a responsible manner.
The products that we supply are technical & mechanical products, which require mechanical knowledge and skill to use and maintain. You should not purchase our products unless you have a good understanding of how to use and maintain mechanical products.
None of the bikes we provide are 'road legal' and are not for use on the public highway. These bikes are intended to be enjoyed on private property. Use of these bikes on a public highway could result in criminal proceedings.
16 Years and over Strictly
The Following parts are not covered by any warranty offered on our Products:
- Chains & Belts;
- Fairings/ bodywork (24 hours after delivery Photos required)
- Pull Starts or Inner Cogs;
- Clutches or springs
- Brake Calipers;
- Exhaust Pipes;
- Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes;
- Spark Plugs;
- Any other parts of a similar wear and tear nature to those listed above and any part that has been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse or lack of maintenance.
Due to the size and weight of these items they are covered by a replacement parts warranty, if your machine develops a fault within the warranty period of 30 days, you need to contact us and we will advise how to best rectify the problem and dispatch replacement parts, without charge providing the faulty parts are covered by the warranty. Please note customers will be expected to fit the parts themselves, guidance will be available on technical issues.
Where bikes are assembled in our warehouse we ask all all customers to check nuts and bolts before the use of these quads as they may not come ready built.
Any Damage should be signed for at time of delivery however we deliver these quads via a pallet network and rarely have damage on delivery. In the unfortunate event of damage on delivery Please sign for the goods as damaged and contact us with what the damage is within 24 hours of signature. We will then send you any part that has been damaged in transit.
Please note customers will be expected to fit parts themselves, guidance will be available on technical issues.
These products are not suitable for delivery outside Mainland UK!

3. DJI and Fat Shark product Terms
DJI and Fat Shark items on this website are offered for sale with a 6 month limited replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated. PlayandBuy warrants, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, that items sold by PlayandBuy shall be free from defects in material. During this 6 month period, PlayandBuy or the suppliers will replace or repair defective material at no cost to the purchaser. If a fault is suspected please email us at sales@ PlayandBuy.co.uk. You can contact us at any time during these 6 months to arrange a return. Once an item has been returned, PlayandBuy or our suppliers will repair or replace the item or offer a full refund within 30 days. Postage of the item to us is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that only insured mail is used. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent to us which are lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
PlayandBuy cannot be responsible for the level of flying competence of our customers and any losses as a result of crash damage will not be covered under warranty nor will any consequential loss be reimbursed. Flying model aircraft requires skill and practice and this is entirely your responsibility.
Consequential damage of any kind will not be covered or reimbursed by PlayandBuy.
Where items are returned as faulty and no fault is found by PlayandBuy or our partners/suppliers we will request £19.99 plus return postage to cover the engineer's time. Where items are returned as faulty but the damage is found to have been caused by miss-use (for example if a product clearly shows signs of being in involved in a crash) a charge of £19.99 plus return postage is payable to cover the engineer's time to repair the item.
Where the engineer is unable to repair the item we will contact you and suggest a course of action - perhaps returning to the manufacturer for chargeable repair.
4. Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will not include VAT for all deliveries within the UK. All postage or item prices are for UK Mainland Only. For example items with Free Delivery are for UK Mainland Addresses only. Overseas, highlands and unconfirmed PayPal addresses will need to be sent with a tracked delivery method and you may be required to pay additional postage costs. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs and/or tax charges when it arrives at their destination.
5. Description of products
Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
6. Privacy and Security
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
We do not give any warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, express or implied, relating to the information contained on this website or on any website to which it is linked.
We make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics contained on this website, or on any website to which it is linked.
We do not warrant that our website or any website to which it is linked or any relevant server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications.
8a. Limited Goods Warranty
Seller (playandbuy) warrants to the Buyer (customer) only, that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform to seller's applicable specification for Seller's specified standard warranty period of 28 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The liability of Seller hereunder shall be limited solely to replacing or crediting the current purchase price of (at Seller's option) any defective units which are returned during the warranty period properly packaged and returned to the Seller. In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining permission and a return authorisation from the seller.
Playandbuy does the best to check all items before they are sent out but Items where signature is required upon arrival, if the package looks damaged, opened or tampered with in any way then you should NOT accept the delivery from the courier. We suggest you check the item(s) properly before signing for them. Where signature is not required. Damaged/faulty looking goods should NOT be opened and you should inform us within 48 hours. Once opened the warranty is void.
Please Do not cock the gun (s) (specifically spring loaded) whilst your finger is on the trigger, as this will damage and/or jam the firing mechanism, this damage is not covered by warranty. Also if cheap/inferior or wrong pellets and/or re-used pellets are used or found to be jammed in the gun warranty is voided. We recommend that BB pellet starter packs that come with some guns should be discarded and not used. Keep in mind that for spring airsoft guns, we recommend to use 0.12g precision seamless polished premium BBs. For metal gearbox electric airsoft guns, gas powered airsoft guns, and bolt action sniper rifles, you must use either 0.20g, 0.23g, or 0.25g precision seamless polished premium BBs. Failure to use the correct size/weight, or failure to use high quality BBs does in fact void the warranty on all airsoft guns we sell
If the guns or any item has been modified (i.e. sprayed) or anything else similar which is deemed as a modifications then in its original state voids all warranty.
If you open the product or take it apart or any home DIY solutions, your warranty will be void and no credit note, refund or replacement will be issued.
Goods or parts which have been improperly handled or which have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alterations, neglect, improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorised repair or improper installation by the buyer are not covered by this warranty. Warranty is subject that the buyer has followed and read all directions and instructions or notes (if any) on the product page if the instructions are not followed they will void the warranty.Seller will make the final determination as to the existence or cause of any alleged defect.
9. Consumer Rights
None of the Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
If the products that we supply are technical & mechanical products (i.e, bb guns, electrics etc), which require mechanical knowledge and skill to use and maintain. You should not purchase our products unless you have a good understanding of how to use and maintain mechanical products. It is up to you to learn how to use and maintain your product. Failure to do so will void any warranties. Please also note batteries are not included with products unless specifically stated. If an item comes with batteries, most likely they will be demo batteries or cheap Chinese starter packs and are not intended for heavy use or it is recommended they be disposed. We do not give warranty on these.
Almost all of our RIF guns can be painted to make them legal two tone for an extra fee, if this is the case the box will need to be opened and the gun painted by our team (this is a legal requirement if you can't purchase a realistic gun), the item will therefore take 2-3 days extra to dispatch. The gun may then have wear/flaking paint and box will have signs of being opened, however item will be brand new.
Neither Hussmir Group nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site in any way. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Seller will not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from delay in delivery when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, including but not limited to, supplier delay, force majeure, acts of God, labour, unrest, explosion or earthquake. In any such event the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay.
The Seller's liability arising out of the Contract and or sale is limited to the purchase price paid by Buyer and in no event will seller be liable for any costs of procurement of substitute goods or services by the Buyer, or for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damage, loss or expense (including without limitation loss or profit) relating to or arising out of this agreement, whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, or any other theory of law or equity, under any circumstances whatsoever even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Loss or expense without limitation includes any liability that may arise out of third party claims against Buyer. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure or essential purpose of any limited remedy provided under paragraph 8 above or under any other term of the Contract
Damaged/faulty goods or return requests are subject to these terms and conditions, the limited goods warranty above together with the product description on the product page.
Since some of our products are delivered directly from manufacturers and suppliers, stock levels on our website are not always accurate. It's better if you contact us for larger orders or if the items have different attributes such as colour etc.
Delivery time frames on our website or emails are an estimate only. Once we have dispatched the item(s) they are out of our control. Please contact the courier company for any issues. Most orders will have a tracking number.
On our site we accept PayPal. With PayPal you can register your bank account, credit card or debit card. You don't have to sign up with PayPal if you don't want to. Customer credit card information is not collected or stored by us on our servers.
Here’s how the checkout process works once you have added the item(s) to the cart:
- First click the PayPal express checkout button when you are in the shopping cart. You will be taken to paypal.com’s secure checkout page where you can enter your name and shipping address (or if you have a PayPal account you can just log in) Alternatively you can use the normal checkout button and you can sign up for a PlayandBuy account (or log in)
- PayPal will prompt for your credit card, email address, and phone number.
- (Optional) After reviewing your information, you may choose to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster. If not you will just be using the guest checkout service.
Please note that PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who use this checkout. Also you do not need to sign up for an account at PlayandBuy if you use the express checkout service, nor do you need a PayPal account. However we do recommend you create an account with us as you will be able to track your orders easily and write reviews etc. It is quick and easy and your information is safe with us.
You can only return a product for these reasons: - Your product is faulty (Returns will only be issued on genuine manufacturing faults and not for customer abuse) and is within 28 days of delivery for a replacement/repair/refund. - Your product is unopened and within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

If you wish to return any item(s) we ask that they are returned, in unopened and in resell-able condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sell-able condition or 'no genuine fault found' will not be refunded and items will be held for your collection. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 14 days of receipt of the parcel at our residence.
Please note that in all cases you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. In no case are goods to be returned without obtaining permission from us first.
If you receive a faulty item you must inform us within 28 days of your order being received. If the item is broken/damaged on arrival, you must inform us within 48 hours. We will email you a solution or ask you to send the item back, You will need to send the item back to us with the delivery slip and we will do our best to arrange for a replacement to be sent out or we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, if we deem it to be a genuine fault. You can only return something by getting our permission to do so, first. All damaged/faulty claims, returns and warranties are subject to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not receive the item(s) at all, then you should inform us maximum 3 days after the delivery estimate time.
